Terms of use
These terms cover the optional Canva photo connection provided by Hatch Media Inc. in the Hatch Media client portal.

Using the connection
You need an eligible Hatch Media client portal account and a Canva account that you are authorized to connect. When you connect, you authorize Hatch Media to use the Canva permissions shown on Canva’s approval screen to place your eligible delivered photos in your Canva account and keep the managed folder copies up to date. Your underlying photo service and your Canva account remain subject to their own terms.
Photos and permissions
The connection sends web-sized copies of unlocked delivered photos from your property or session grids. It does not transfer original files or videos. You are responsible for using the photos and designs within the rights granted for your Hatch Media order and by Canva. Do not connect a Canva account or use photos that you are not authorized to manage.
Automatic changes
After you connect, new and revised eligible photos sync automatically. Older photos sync only if you request the one-time catch-up. If a grid photo changes or is removed, Hatch Media may move the earlier copy managed by this connection to Canva trash after a successful replacement, or when the grid photo is removed. This does not change images already placed in Canva designs. You can pause syncing or disconnect in the Hatch Media App Store. Disconnecting stops future access; photos already uploaded to Canva stay in your account until you remove them there.
Availability and support
Uploads may take time and can fail if a photo is locked, a connection expires, or Canva or a supporting service is unavailable. The App Store shows when a managed photo needs attention. We may temporarily pause the connection to protect accounts or resolve an issue. For help, contact info@hatch-media.ca.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the connection changes. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. If a material change affects how the connection works, we will provide an appropriate notice before it takes effect.
